Product introduction
The structural design of ANSI Flange connection steel Globe Valve has absorbed advanced technology at home and abroad. The body uses spherical structure, with beautiful shape, and the seat disc adopts cone sealing structure, with reliable sealing. The valve is applied to various pipelines of Class150 ~ 300, working temperature 29 ~ 425 °C (carbon steel) or 40 ~ 550 °C (stainless steel), used for cutting off or connecting the pipe media. And choosing different materials, it can be separately applied to water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing medium, urea and other media.
Structural features
1、The design and manufacture is in line with American Standard ASME B16.34 and other foreign advanced standards.
2、body is spherical or streamlined, with beautiful shape, the flow pipeline is straight-through type, with small fluid resistance.
3、The closed part (disc) and the seat sealing surface use cone sealing, with small closing force, erosive resistance, and reliable sealing.
4、The seat is replaceable seat, it can combinate arbitarily with the matching of closed part sealing surface material, in order to meet the requirement of various working conditions, and extend the service life.
